Now partnered & proudly part of the Dreamquest Fitness Team, Coach Joe Luis Hernandez of Wolfpack-1 MMA is proud to introduce everyone to the techniques, skills, maneuvers, & diciplines of mixed martial arts.
Primarily focused on boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing, but also exploring various aspects of MMA and self-defense tactics such as grappling & wrestling ground defense, you will learn the basic skills needed to confidently walk into any martial arts gym in the world & train!
Learn how to protect yourself & those you love in tough & potentially violent situations.
Learn how to stay calm & composed in violent situations to effectively block, dodge, & weave strikes from an opponent or potential attacker.
Learn how to offensively attack & counter strike so you can effectively defend yourself & others using smart & tactical counter maneuvers to win any hand to hand combat situation.
Advanced footwork, crisp strikes, feints, elbows, knees, & kicks will give you the confidence & skills to survive and thrive in any high stakes situation. Training MMA builds the confidence, strength, & discipline needed to handle tough situations life throws at us. This is more than just training, this is training for life.
Classes are a full body workout involving striking bags, focus mits, Thai pads, kettle bell weights, & much more! Instructed by coach Joe Luis Hernandez, who has traveled the world to learn the skills from true masters of mixed martial arts in Mexico, Thailand, Cambodia, England, Vietnam, & the USA. You will learn proper techniques to avoid injuries and how to protect yourself & others, if ever violently attacked. These are skills that last a lifetime & can be passed down to the youth of our future generations to inspire them to learn how to walk through life with confidence, strength, & discipline ONLY learned through true martial arts training.
Muay Thai is an ancient combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching & kicking techniques. It's physically and mentally challenging & known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" (fists) in boxing and "four points" (hands and feet) used in other stand up sports, such as American kickboxing.

Coach Joe Luis Hernandez is on a life mission to introduce everyone to the world of Mixed Martial Arts & the benefits that come with training! With 10+ years training & coaching Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, & general physical strength/fitness, his goal is to always be focused on the progress, development, & success of each of his trainees/students.
Joe has devoted his life to pursuing knowledge and skills from martial arts across the world. Boxing in Egypt, Vietnam, England, Mexico, & training Muay Thai Kickboxing in Thailand, Cambodia, Spain, Italy, and more.
Through leading & coaching by example, he teaches his trainees/students what it means to train with honor, respect, & commitment for our families, team, & community. We set goals & lead by example to show others what's possible through disciplined hard work towards the pursuit of our dreams/goals. This is more than just training. It's training for life!
Indoor training at the awesome Dreamquest Fitness Studio in Cambria at 801 Main Street Ste. C. For those who prefer to train indoors in a more "traditional" gym studio environment. Access to weights, training tools, and more stable footing than training outside in nature. The Dreamquest Fitness Studio is the ideal training location to start learning the intricate details and techniques of Mixed Martial Arts.

For those who love to get out and move in nature. Sessions can range anywhere in beautiful Cambria. Beaches, parks, sea cliff trails, local school grounds, all are options/possibilities for fun Outdoor training sessions and each location provides a different feel & experience that provides for better footwork, agility, balance, and striking techniques. Come learn MMA while enjoying & experiencing Cambria's natural beauty.
8 Outdoor Nature classes, 60 minutes each, All 8 classes must be used within 1 month of purchase. Location and days to be determined based on everyone's schedule/availability.

For those looking to dive into the AMAZING world of Self-Defense & Mixed Martial Arts! There is no quicker/better way to learn the diciplines & skills than 90 minutes one-on-one with Coach Joe. Just a single one-on-one session translaes to weeks of class trainings! We are able to focus on every detail of footwork, striking, breathing, & even psychological aspects of Self-Defense & Mixed Martial Arts! Learn the secrets/hints that most never get in a class setting. One-on-one trainings are best!
